Come for the magic of San Miguel, stay for the incredible views and luxury accommodations at Casa Jubilacion! This 13,000 square feet house sits atop a hill in the popular Balcones neighborhood. Guests will enjoy the curated mix of art and furnishings the owners have gathered in their travels around the world. The amenities this four-bedroom house offers are endless. Have a drink in the two bar areas, use the private gym, enjoy the game room with billiard table, and relax in the massage room. Several indoor and outdoor areas, including three fountains, are available for eating and lounging. Stream a favorite show in one of the four living and TV rooms.
Walking to the town square in central San Miguel takes fewer than 10 minutes. This three-story house has breathtaking and unobstructed vistas of all of San Miguel. You won’t find better views of San Miguel’s historic pink church, “La Parroquia.” Make your way to the expansive, lush rooftop deck via the elevator, which assists guests in going to all three floors.
Modern conveniences include high speed wireless internet, radiant heated flooring, gas fireplaces, and an audio distribution system—including 18 individual room controllers for satellite TV and SiriusXM, or iPod/iPhone. The kitchen is fully equipped with commercial-grade appliances. An additional open-air kitchen is adjacent, perfect for grilling and barbecuing.
The four bedrooms in the house have all their own en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have king size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds that can be pulled together to form another king. One bedroom boasts a loft with two twin beds, in addition to the king bed—perfect for families who wish to “room in” with babies or young children.
The on-site cooking and cleaning staff will make your stay at Casa Jubilacion relaxing and enjoyable. Mimi has been a dedicated employee of Casa Jubilacion for many years and acts as the house manager. She speaks English, is a wonderful cook, and will ensure you have everything you need for a memorable and stress-free stay. Juan and Javier round out the staff, performing maintenance and gardening duties, and will assist you in any way possible.
